Leadership is Fractal

Said another way: you are never not leading, even if you are not in an official leadership role.

Have you ever passed on a leadership skill you valued to someone who you thought would benefit others by employing that skill, i.e., you caused leadership.

Do you look at others to see what they are up to? Do you consult with peers to find out their opinions? Guidance?

As you have no doubt noticed, this goes both ways, so you’re always “on stage”.

You are never not leading, and this is happening in the entire organization, around you and including you.

You wanted a chance to make a difference. Turns out it was there all along. Make it a good one.
